Our food is not only a collection of chemical compounds; it is alive. It stores energy, vibration, and frequency in its cells — and everything it contains is passed to us.

The more processed and refined a food is, the less life and vibrancy it holds.

We must look at the lifespan of any food we eat, from the very beginning. How was it grown? What were the conditions of the soil and the environment? Were pesticides and other toxins present? Furthermore, who was part of the process? The growers, the harvesters — basically anyone involved in the journey from seed to our mouths.

Sounds fairly simple, right? The good news is, it is that simple!

When we choose to eat whole, unrefined food — not particles and isolated parts of food — we choose vitality, for ourselves and the planet. Any time food is processed or chemically refined, it loses its healing properties as a whole, as well as its potential to nourish us.
