Free shipping on orders over $100. This offer applies to ALL of Canada.
We will ship to essentially any address in the world. All shipping costs outside of Canada are paid for by the customer. Cacao Now is not responsible for any duties, taxes or other associated import fees that other countries may impose. Please be aware that International Customs can hold your order for reasons that they may feel is warranted. These held up orders are not the responsibility of Cacao Now.
Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process before they ship, excluding weekends and holidays. We do reserve up to 5 business days to process an order.
Cacao Now ships with Canada Post. The estimated time of arrival is an estimate only, and does not include processing time. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions and other factors. You will receive an email confirmation with your order tracking number when your order ships. It is a customer’s responsibility to track the package and pick it up on time. Any spoilage of temperature sensitive products resulted due to prolonged pick up time will not be refunded.
Please know that we do the best we can to get your goodies to you in the most mint condition possible! Our products are delicate and sensitive to high temperatures by nature, therefore we reserve the right to cancel or delay the shipping of an order in case of extreme heat (during the summer months), in which case the customer will be 100% refunded. Also, we can not guarantee meltable goods when shipping overseas.
Returns and refunds
We stand behind and take pride in our products and we wish for our customers – you – to be 100% satisfied with your order. If our products do not meet your expectations, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org for solutions, as we are happy to assist you to the best of our ability.
Cacao Now is not responsible for any damages due to delays in shipping, nor for lost, stolen, undelivered items, items refused by customs, or items refused by customer. If your package arrives damaged or has not arrived in a timely fashion, please contact us at email@example.com and we will be happy assess the situation, and/or make a claim on your behalf with Canada Post.
We do not refund postage or pay for the return postage, unless returns are due to quality issues; quality issues are handled separately.
